We design accessible learning opportunities — workshops, lectures, hands-on training, and public seminars — for learners of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on underserved communities.

All activities are conducted for the benefit of the public; no earnings inure to any private individual.

Upon dissolution, assets will be distributed to organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3).
